[November 3] Announcement of a Creative Ghost Story Reading Drama

A creative ghost story reading drama by actress Matsumura Mayumi (Toei Kyoto Actor’s Division) will be performed at Rokuouin.
It is a one-woman show in which Ms. Matsumura plays several characters. This year’s program is the Kyoto Bakumatsu tale of the uncanny “Achira no Hitotachi” (The People Over There):
Episode 1: Nishijin no Yōi (The Apparition of Nishijin)
Episode 2: Rokkaku Gokusha no Kai (The Mystery of the Rokkaku Prison).
Both are written and directed by Director Hiroshi Morimoto, who has worked on numerous period dramas and mystery dramas, and will be presented in the Guest Hall of Rokuouin.
On a long autumn night, please walk along the beautiful approach and come to the Mononoke Katari no Kai.
